Do you agree the bundled cables of up to 24 inches in 310.15 where adjustments are not required, also applies in 334.80?

Are you trying to apply the section in 310.15 for AC and MC to NM?
If so, then I would say no.

That is exactly what I am trying to do. Otherwise, if I am to drill a hole through a wood member to feed down to my panel, I cannot drill, say a 2 inch hole, and install several NM cables without an Adjustment factor.

If the cables are only "bundled" where they pass through the framing member and the hole in the framing member is not draft or fire caulked, you do not have to derate.
