Bundling in panels

I am wondering where I can find info on bundling circuits and neutrals as they enter panel. What is the code section can I find it in ? I apologize if this question has been asked before. Thank you for your help and time.

You mean bundling as it relates to de-rating? Or MWBC bundling?

310.15(A)(2)Ex. usually covers it if you stay within the 10 foot/10% parameters.

310.15(A)(2) Selection of Ampacity. Where more than one ampacity
applies for a given circuit length, the lowest value shall be used.
Exception: Where different ampacities apply to portions of a circuit, the
higher ampacity shall be permitted to be used if the total portion(s) of
the circuit with lower ampacity does not exceed the lesser of 3.0 m
(10 ft) or 10 percent of the total circuit.

I mean as the neutral and hot enter the panel via ty-wrap.

Depending which cycle you are on. But generally if you have a conduit and you have more than 2 MWBC then you need to tie each family together.
BLk,Red,Neut= family 1
BLk,Red,Neut=family 2

If you have cables coming in don't worry about it.

If they're in a cable with one circuit no ty-wrap needed. If they're in a raceway no ty-wrap needed if you individually number the conductors.
