Burial Depth on PVC for fiber optical cable

What is the burial depth or a table when there is no conducters in it ? it is from utilty pole to building ( fiber Optical ) do I use table 300.5 ?????
 
It does not appear that the code has any required depth for this installation.
770.3 Other Articles.
Circuits and equipment shall comply with 770.3(A) and (B). Only those sections of Chapter 2 and Article 300 referenced in this article shall apply to optical fiber cables and raceways.

I don't see 300.5 cited in Article 770.

That being said, if this installation is in an area where it gets cold, I would try to get it below the frost line. I have worked on two different fiber cables that were damaged when the raceway filled with water and froze. Polywater even has an antifreeze for this application.
