I work at a college, and the Forman told one of the m the mechanicto install a box 2 and half feet in ground,for some light poles that were out. Not only buried a box but also cut the galpipe and connected with schedule 80 and pulled no ground. It is possible peoplecould get hurt with no ground at thesepoles. :dunce:
What to do when people do not follow the NEC.
 
At very least, he could have at least put some kind of bonding jumper between the two RMC's to maintain continuity of the EGC:(
