Bus Bar Clearances

I've looked all over the place in the code book and can't find the answer to this question.

Noninsulated busbars shall have a minimum space of __ between the bottom of the enclosure and the busbar.
The choices are 6",8",10",12"

366.100 (E) States 1" Table 408.56 states 1/2" to 1"
