Eaton Bussmann do a 160A fuse. Would that work for you?

Mot manufacturers will make a 200A plug-in unit and if you choose a fused switch flavor, you place 150A fuses. If a circuit breaker flavor, you pick a 200A frame CB with a 150A trip.
