Bus Tie Gear Together

If you had a piece of switchgear say 800A-1200A( not that it matters). That came in three sections and had to be buss ties together how many man job would that usually be? Not talking about receiving it and getting it to its location( although I know that part of the labor), I'm talking the actual putting the section together when in place. Thinking two. Thanks.

Thanks...I've heard of people putting in 50-60 hours per section....doesn't make any sense. I understand we/I don't know all the circumstances behind using that amount of labor but still seems high.
