busbar clearance vs cable clearance.

hi guys,

i just wanna know why is it that the clearance in busbar is so small as compared to cable clearance for a 4160 volts supply?

is there any codes in NEC stating the standard clearances for this busbar and cables?

What clearance are you talking about, from where to where?
Don't forget cable need to have bending radius that bus bars don't need, and cable terminations usually require additional distance for stress cones.
 
What i mean distance is the distance or the three conductors from each other...Is there any computations or standards for the stress cone that you're saying about cables??

i hope this will help to clear my queries...
