Buss taps

If I have 400 amp 240 volt breaker with buss bars attached to the load side of the breaker. Can I use the feeder tap rule tap those buss bars.

I know of no reason that you could not do so.

It seems likely that if you are able to tap there, the regular tap rules would apply.

I am not entirely sure what you mean by "buss bars attached to the load side of the breaker" though.

Is this in a switchboard?

Are you planning to drill the bus and bolt lugs on?
