Bussway Power Take Off application

Hello everyone, I have question regarding a busway system;

1. What is the purpose of a Power take Off?

2. What application do I need to use them with?

3. I'm using a plug-in busway vertical system for 9- story building, do I need to use those power take off? The reason I'm asking because I have never used them before and someone have mention it to me.

What is the purpose of this busway? Is it only feeding something at the top end of the busway or are you using it as a riser to feed loads on individual floors?
