What part/s of the code will answer these questions? :

I am tying on to an existing 208 bussway via giant disconnect switches with concentric knockouts. I'm knocking out my own panel cans. Do I need to install grounded bushings on each end due to the concentric knockouts on the disconnect side? Can my grounding electrode for the new panel originate from the bussway, or do I need to go all the way back to the switchboard?

Thank You

Bonding bushings, no.

Don't know what you mean about this:

Can my grounding electrode for the new panel originate from the bussway

Are you referring to the equipment grounding conductor for the panel?
If so a conductor type EGC is not required if metallic conduit is used.

Bonding enclosures = 250.96(A)
Ground electrode = 250.50 through 250.70
