As Bob said I would try a different brand of bulb. I will almost guarantee you that is the problem.

It is perfectly normal for Lutron Diva 600w dimmers to buzz when dimmed, as long as you are under the wattage rating I would not worry.

I speak from having the experience of switching them out before to see if it was a problem with the dimmer, all 3 buzzed. I vote that is why they are $7.50 at the supply house.

The lamps/bulbs/silly technicality are GE I thought that was at least one of the top brands anyone make a suggestion on a better brand.

I have not had problems with philips or westinghouse brands. I not sure but I always use 130v bulbs because the filament is a bit stronger. I believe it is the filament that is vibrating.

I believe the OP is referring to buzzing coming from the dimmer itself due to the fact that I have had almost the exact same scenario with the same model dimmer.

Well I have installed hundreds of Diva dimmers and never had a dimmer buzz-- I guess it is possible I just have not experienced it.

I only ran into the problem once on multiple dimmers in the same house & I was wondering what could be causing it. I wonder if "dirty" electricity could cause such a thing, not that I know what I am talking about as far as using the term "dirty" but I mean interference of some form or another in the lines themselves?

"bulb vs lamp" I hate to think gardners are more professional (or intelligent)than us. I have never heard a gardner call a bulb a lamp. Maybe the next time I need to change a fluorescent bulb I'll call a gardner...

Come on guys, you're picking the fly poop out of the pepper. Most of you say fixture, which is what plumbers install, you install luminaires.
