I read in another message on this board about a web site http://www.afcweb.com. I don't remember which post I found the information because I would like to give credit to the original poster.
It is a great site for information about BX, AC, MC and other cables. Be sure to sign up for the online classes and quizees about these cables. The site is by AFC Cables Systems.
Did you know BX and AC are not the same cable. Actually no one uses BX anymore! Find out this and more by visiting the web site.
