C2D1 and tools allowed

Hello, I am about to bid a job that is a C2D1 food processing plant. With two grain silos and multiple buildings. We will be removing all interior light fixtures and replacing them with new LED fixtures. Am I suppose to use only hand tools, screwdrivers, channel locks, etc..., or is there battery drills, or pneumatic (air) tools that can be used to expedite the job?

Depends on conditions. If the plant or at least the area you will be in is not in operation there may not be any hazardous location during the time you are there. You may also be able to effectively partition off the work area or provide sufficient ventilation to be able to temporarily declassify it

That crossed my mind -partitions may work

Thanks for your input. The options you suggested did cross my mind. Although there wouldn't be any way to ventilate with a fan (either push or draw)without having to put the motor outdoors and run ducting into the areas of work. Besides, the size of the buildings(one small area of one building used for loading, allows 3 - 18 wheelers to park inside, and 2 train cars also drive in the building) and that is just a corner of the building, that is less than ? of its size, and then two silos (5 story and 7 story), you couldn't make a simple enough system that could be moved from area to area effectively and without disrupting the operations of the plant and without having a two man crew, doing nothing but planning, moving, setting up, safeguarding, breaking down, moving to next area, rinse and repeat. Almost 150 light fixtures, removing and replacing, in very limited spaces.
I think it will be hand tools, and nothing else.
Thanks
