CA Title 24 and in pool fixtures

Good morning crew.
Question, in pool (under water - habitable pools) lighting fixtures. A couple of questions:
1. Title 24 JA8 - I read this as no impact on this type of fixture. Am I wrong?
2. Also JA8 - All fixtures are to be CRI >90. Does this apply to underwater in pool fixtures?

Everything I read can be taken that is does not apply, but to be certain, I need another set of eyes and interpretation.

Does it specifically state that underwater pool lights are exempt? Do you have a copy of this code.

I found this but I don't think it will effect existing fixtures if those fixtures cannot comply

Dennis,
it did not specifically say that, it mentioned pool lights as in around the perimeter, in life guard towers, not the actual in pool lighting so I assumed; we all know how that goes.

This is also discreet LED products, with a PCB and not a "lamp".
