Has anyone ever seen a service rated panel cabinet partially (1/2 way) installed in a crawl space? I just have: The wires enter under the crawl space, and hit the cabinet's Ko's from the back. (Note: Crawl space has stand up room)
The panel is faced towards the interior of the house, located in an old built-in (part of the structure) cabinet storage space. The storage space size= 3 feet x 6 feet--with an overhang of 10-12 inches. >See drawing below<

I must have a problem with my paint shop. It erased that this was the side view???!!!
