Can someone please tell me which ampacity table should I be using for 5-wire single
insulated conductor in a conduit. Is it correct to refer to the Table B.310.1 (NEC 2008)?

Don't forget to derate for more than 3 current-carrying conductors per 310.15(B)(2)(a). In 2011 that table moved to 310.15(B)(3)(a)
