Does the code allow NM Cable to bundled parallel through holes and along framing members.I saw this in Atlanta on residential wood framing and I have always done the one wire per hole and one wire per staple. I would assume that if this is allowed you would have to Derate the wire. Is it allowed with steel studs?

In Washington State our electrical inspection agency only allows three NM cables per bored hole.
