Do we have any reference cable installation guide IEC or NEC , where it is mention armoured cable to be installation for direct buried in ground
where as unarmoured cables run on cable tray , ladder in air inside building .

please if any one has send us the supporting documents for refernce.

The NEC and IEC are very different, so first I would say: which one are you using so people would know which to reference?

Armored cables for trays and direct burial are going to be different for the code/standard you pick and the installation of such will be also.

Most of us here are NEC, but we do have members under the IEC and British standards.

As far as I know Saudi Arabia falls under IEC/BS7671.
