Cable insulation damage

Is there something in NEC that talks about cable insulation damage? The example I have is on a 500mcm cable. The insulation is barely nicked. See photo.

Maybe 110.3. I wouldn't be concerned with the little nick. I don't see any of the conductor.

I agree with Ron not an issue. If that's the outer jacket of a nylon jacketed cable like THHN you can actually remove a piece of the jacket and it still would be code complaint.

Thank you!! It is XHHX-2. I never found anything in NEC regarding little nicks like this but I found something from OSHA.
