Is there a section in the NEC that states cable voltage insulation level (e.g 600V) must be visible on the cable jacket where the circuit terminates? Such as at a motor termination box or control panel?

Cable or individual conductors? What type of cable? NM has requirements for surface markings MC or AC does not.

This is for multi conductor terms at motors termination boxes. Cable is mostly TC-ER, XHHW-2, rated 600V

The markings on the tray cable jacket are to be every 24". There is no requirement that the marking be visible at the points of termination.
