Cable interconnection

Hey! In a project, we are considering three options for cables interconnection. Previously, we have oil filled cables but now we are employing XLPE cables and changing the location of GIS. kindly comment on the feasibility of below options. Suggestions are welcomed also.
1. Complete replacement of oil filled cables with XLPE (requiring modification in Transformer Terminations)
2. Oil filled to XLPE jointing at 220 KV
3. using separate terminations for both Oil filled and XLPE and connecting these terminations.

Curious, what are the lengths, loads and size?
low pressure or high?
for xlpe, if it’s loaded, how are you going to dissipate heat?
if you decide to join two, I assume concrete vault?
