Cable mfg's published ampacities???

Some cable mfg's publish their cable ampacities, that don't agree with NEC table 310.16. Specifically, one (more conservative) mfg publishes 450A,for 444 DEL cable, rated 90C which they say meets NEC/UL requirements for RHH/RHW. 500KCM 75C RHW=380A;500KCM 90C RHH=430A. To be in code compliance it's my understanding I would need to use the value for 75C RHW, even if 90C lugs are used, since the equipment temperature raings may not be known. The application is for paralleled conductors to for the 1265A per pole full load DC current. Using the mfg ampacities will require less cable to be paralleled and NEC ampacities obviously more. Any help with this is appreciated?

I don't see the ambiguity. If I understand correctly their DEL cabel has a 90? and 75? rating. NEC 110.14 would be the limiting factor with that cable just like it would be a THHN, etc.
