No. Cables can be rated differently, standard temp ratings are 60 and 75 deg C and the conductors can be 60,75 or 90 deg C. For example NM-B, the conductors are 90 deg C but the cable is used at the 60 Deg C rating as that is the temp rating of the sheath.
