Cable shield grounding

Have a 50:5 donut CT in 480V MCC bucket. Taking to transducer (4-20mA out to DCS) about 30' away in Hoffman enclosure in ECR. Using 600V, 1PR#16 TW OS. On which end is the shield grounded? (CT has 2/C#16)

You are running the 0-5A signal 30 ft to the transducer? If so, #16 might be to small. Typically I use #10 for this and it is not shielded. The 4-20ma cable shield can be grounded at either end but only one end. Often it is grounded at the DCS end because the DCS terminations are set up for grounding the shielded cable wired to it.
