Cable Sizing

I would like to ask on how to choose cable size for the following items. For the third Item I used motor feeder sizing but Im not sure on how to choose its control cables.

The AF number is the breakers frame size. The AT number is the trip rating. So a 125 AF/ 15 AT is a 15 amp breaker

The power cables would be sized by the overcurrent device other than the motor that would be sized by 430.22

For motors it’s Article 430

For overcurrent device. If its ampere trip is 15, I'll choose a cable that can handle 15 A and I don't need to do the multiply by 1.25 right?

The motor branch circuit, short circuit and ground fault device is what you are asking about. It’s sized larger than a ocpd per 240.4.
