Cable stables and bundling. How do the GB staples avoid derating?

Looking at those GB snapshot cable stables they're listed and the instructions say they're good for up too 8 12/2's in a staple. Link below.

Bundled is defined as: Cables or conductors that are physically tied, wrapped, taped, or otherwise periodically tied together.

Which seems to be okay as there's plastic between every 2 wires if you pack it full. However, does that meet the intent of the rule especially if you encased 8 of them in spray foam?

 
I think the foam does not alter whether stackers render cables bundled; I consider them spaced.

I have used them both with NM cables and LV wiring. Here are a few shots from one of my jobs:

There are also Caddy's Colorado Jim cable supports, which hold cables flat and side-by-side, if you feel that spacing is better:
