Cable tray feeder pulling techniques

Just got from vacation and the forces above me decided we need ro run a 4000a 480v feeder roughly 750 feet across a building with cable tray. This is probably plan #6 but someone actually ordered material so here I am.

The run is almost entirely above a finished freezer panel type ceiling (walkable, not for wire or equipment) and the approved route for 2 layers of 30" tray is roughly 350' of straight run, then a vertical 15' transition. Then another 250' before making a flat 90, then over about 100' before dropping 40' into the new switchgear room.

I have only pulled smaller runs of cable tray, nothing like this. I heard the plan calls for 500 or 600mcm alum x 20 conductors per tray, plus one equipment ground per.

I think my boss had planned pulling 1-2 conductors by hand, and I laughed. We have some decent pulling equipment but I have only done runs like this through pipe.

I'm thinking of some pulleys and rollers, especially for the vertical transition, and pulling 4 conductors at a time.

Any tips?
