Cable tray fill calculation for Branch multi-conductors

I'm going to be installing some 208v branch circuits type TC-ER cable in 30" wide cable tray.I have a chart that shows diameter of my cable is .556 inches. My cable tray fill allowed is 35 inches squared. Is my allowable quantity of conductors going to be approximately 140 cables?
