CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR "CABLE TRAY" INSTALLATION,IS THERE A MAXIMUM OR MINIMUM HEIGHT THAT CABLE TRAY SHOULD BE INSTALLED AND IN WHAT ARTICAL OF THE NEC CAN THIS BE FOUND?

Section 392.4 only talks about cable tray not being used in hoistways or in areas subject to severe physical damage. This section refers to areas where the cable that is being supported by tray is acceptable, but not where tray can be used. You can look in B-Line's website for technical article CT02man for this information.
