Cable Tray

Is there a required clearence between cable tray and water pipes? I couldn't find it in the Code. I have an uncovered ladder tray containing low-voltage communications cables, hung only two-inches beneath a four-inch water pipe.

Sounds ok to me. I would only worry about pipes that get hot, like heating pipes. Sometimes you run tray or conduit and think you have enough space, then the insulator comes along and then you are too close and his insulation wont fit without enclosing the conduit also.
