We have a multiconductor cable in Afghanistan that has a good hard core jacket and PVC insulated conductors, they use this cable for receptacles, hot water heaters, A/C units, and lights, the Turkish manufacture says it is ok to run in cable tray, but it is not on the spec`s, and it is hard to get written documentation from these guys, the code says you can run multiconductor cable as long as you follow 392.11 for the ampacity of cables, just want to make sure it is ok.
