I recently set an electrical meter at a traffic signal. The cable they use to feed the meter is listed as bscc 600 volt imsa 20-1. The service was underground. My question is... Is this cable suitable for wet location or is this extra cable they had left over from the signal job??? Any references would be appreciated.
