Is cablebus allowed to penetrate the fire rated wall or floor? By looking at 370.10(1) and 370.18(B), it says no but I have a contractor and cablebus manufacturer are saying they have done this all the time with MCT(Multi Cable Transit) type fire stops. Have you ever run into this before?

I don't see the same restriction for cable tray, and it would be easier to fire stop cablebus than it would be to fire stop cable tray, but the wording you cited says that you can't run the cablebus through a fire wall.
