What codes are applicable to installation of 35kV 3c cable on a messenger cable that is in an underground tunnel? Concrete tunnel interior height is approximately 10' from floor to bottom of ceiling. Individuals will occasionally walk through the tunnel to inspect a conveyor. A concern is that the cable is in close proximity (above the head or shoulder) of anyone walking through the tunnel. Any codes that will not allow such an installation?
