CAD assisted estimating

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've been looking for CAD assisted estimating software to use with electrical 2D design drawings in autocad.
I have found one solution (what seems to be perfect) in Accubids cadTakeOff software. I believe this software enables you to pick blocks with attributes and assign them to electrical accessories with prices etc. I think the $4k price is a bit steep however, and i've been searching for a similar product to compare against but can't seem to find one that does the same thing.

Can anyone help?
