Can you rent molds. ?
Shots
Tees.

Do you buy in bulk. Shots.

How about the igniter.

Do you have to buy molds.

Got 15 Tees
4 Ground rods
20 Rebar
4 columns.
Do these all require different molds
 
Yes those will all very likely require different molds and give there short life, I doubt that anyone rents them.
You don't need anything other than the spark igniter if you use the shots where you dump the material into the mold. If you use the ones you set the shot into the mold, that requires an electric igniter.
At least one company makes a one use system...no idea of the costs.
