Calculation of commercial lighting by square feet

Hello, I would like to know how to calculate the square feet per lumens for Nec since today with LED lights, the power consumed does not give us accuracy in the lumens, so I would not know how to calculate a business to which I have to proportion LED lighting, this would be a warehouse

Unfortunately the nec has not caught up or perhaps they just decided to leave the 3 watts/sq.ft.
