Calculations using 480 volt vs 460 volt

When doing calcuations to determine conductor size, fuse size or other calcuations what is the correct voltage to use. I know that these voltages are within 10% of each other, however somtimes the conductor size does change because of the different in the voltage.

I?m jut looking for some peoples thoughts on what to use when.

220.5(A) says to use the System Voltage for calculating loads. 480V is the system voltage.
