California C46 - Solar Contractor Question...

for those of you playing in california, is a C-10 enough to install
a PV system, or do you need a C-46 in addition?

if you need it, what are the requirements to gettting a C-46... i've
looked on the CSLB website, and sent an email question, but
arnold is slow getting back to me on this....

it's enough c10 license, also B , C46 and roofers can install solar panels but they need to hire electrician.
