I don't know of a book right off the top of my head, but you might want to check with a local contractors book store if you have one in your area.
Also you can get a copy of the Contractors State License Law book and it has some of the answers in there that you will need. My test also included some accounting questions, but that was 18 years ago and I haven't seen a copy of the test for awhile.
