1) SARA - Solar Access Roof Area:
a. Roof Slope Less than 2 to 12: 12 Watts per sq ft.
b. Roof Slope more than 2 to 12: 14 Watts per sq ft.
2) BESS - Battery Energy Storage System: 4 hrs. minimum based on total floor sq ft divided by 4
3) Panel Size: Less than 125 amps only the minimum.
4) When HVAC fails, should be replaced with a Heat Pump System.
5) When the gas water heater fails, it can be replaced with another gas water heater.
6) Utilities have sufficient resources except for high demand areas.
