California Journeyman Liscense

I recently live in Pennsylvania and am going to be moving back to Southern California. Could anyone tell me whom to contact for the journeyman exam? Also, does it cover the whole state or is it like Pa where it is only good for certain areas. Here we dont even need it most places, it just depends on how much work you do.

The Division of Apprenticeship Standards
Class: General Journeyman Electrician Certification taken through Experior Assessments, LLC.
As far as I know, it covers whole state and is a requirement to work for a C-10 contractor.

If you are working for an electrical contractor you need to have the certification, if you are the electrical contractor you don't need the certification
