I found a fixture with similar lumens, color temperature, wattage rating and voltage at less than half the cost and readily available.
However, the project manager is arguing that the fixture is not Title 24 compliant.
I understand that California Title 24 calculations involve all those aspects of a light fixture and also the a fixture should be UL or ETL approved.
But, is there a requirements that a fixture be California Title 24 approved or certified?
