Using the new - 2019 Energy Efficiency Standards - I cannot find how to comply easily. duh.
We have a restaurant where we want to remove about a dozen old sconces, and replace with three.
So we are actually "altering" more than 10% of the luminaires, but reducing the installed wattage.
I'm on 141.0(b)2I
The controls are easy, but I was hoping for a more simple statement that says something like "no increase in power, no problem".
Am I missing something?
