I have put these in from time to time and always scratching my head when I look at them and the wiring diagram. It is Pacific brand, 120volt "call for aid" kit, although you would never know it by the size of the wires. The switch with the string on it is I guess you would call it a micro switch has 3 leads on it, blue, yellow and white. The blue is for a second switch so usually unused. So strait forward enough if you call miniscule (#24?) white and yellow wire leads to connect to #12's strait forward. Per diagram the white is the line. The audio/visual signal is maybe a little better. The two lights have a blk and a red maybe #16 wire(not a bk and white but I use the red as white) By the way their wiring diagram shows two lines coming in labeled 120volts, 60hz, labels blk but no white, could be construed as switching the neutral. Finally the audible has two black wires that are smaller then the switch wires. Hooking everything up with one hot and a neutral and it works. Just curious if any one has used this brand. The light is not a strobe like the other ones in the building.
