cam lock connectors

Has anyone used these before? I am hooking up two dimmer control boxes, each 120 v 80 amp three phase. Its in a school. They terminate with 5 #2 So wires 18" long out the back. The manufacturer reccomends cam locks. A hubbell plug set was alomost $600 for each unit. I was wondering if the cam locks if disconnected could be a safety issue in a school. thanks.

Most of the ones we have done are direct wired with our line side cables going directly on lugs inside the cabinet. An 80 amp dimmer board is hardly portable.
