I have been asked to try and figure out this motor wiring. It’s a dual voltage 120/240 volt motor. Trying to post picture but site says too large. Point me in the right direction to post picture please

made pics smaller. Here’s the schematic and the peckerhead

Okay, line in goes to the two outside terminals. You select the voltage by moving the little plug.

The data sheet says it comes set for the higher voltage.

This has been used before. I don’t know where connections were made. Everything was hanging loose

Sorry, didn't look at the second pic. Can you show a clear shot of the terminal board with the wires aside?

Inside the peckerhead, there is a white wire and a brown wire plus the L1, L2 points as well as 120 and 240 points.

I’ll get more pictures and repost. Thanks for the help I didn’t give/have much info to work with

Here’s a few more pictures of the peckerhead wiring. Any help is appreciated.

Okay, for 120v, the white wire from the motor goes to the terminal next to L1, labeled115, and the brown wire goes on the center terminal, labeled 230.

Your incoming wires go on L1 and L2, either on the bolts or the unlabeled terminals next to them.

The first time you try it, be ready to pull the plug just in case.

Thank you Larry. When I get out there I’ll give that a try. I’ll post a response with results. Thank you.

It loos like the white and brown motor wires were originally in a molded plug.

You need to do your best to duplicate with the two wires what the plug did.

Many thanks to all who helped with this post. Specifically Larry thank you for the help. The motor works perfectly! Thanks to this forum for your help
