No, however two circuits supplying GFCI receptacles can.

You can use a shared grounded conductor for two GFCI circuits if the GFCI breaker is two pole and rated 120/240. They are expensive.

OOOPS, I wasn't thinking in the terms of a "Two Pole" breaker.

If you do you are in for a trouble shooting nightmare. Its bad enough down here in florida where they the roughers back feed the garage gfi to the second bathroom onto the rear deck outside outlet.
Dont do it even if its ok it creates trouble down the road for us service techs. :cool: :cool:

I stopped load siding these things five years ago if they're not in the same room!

I've posted well over a year ago about finally finding the tripped GFI behind a motorcycle in the garage.

Even if your're getting paid for it I'd rather be doing something else.

It's hard to not look and feel like an idiot when all the panels and recepticle boxes are disassembled and you're authoritatively pointing at a GFCI button proclaiming your problem solving prowess.

That's a hard invoice to write!

Wow...I never thought of that...it's a good idea to only load them when they are in the same room...that makes perfect sense. :) Good idea.
