Explain. Moved by what? Moving the turntable manually which would in turn move the motor or some extraneous voltage from somewhere making the motor turn?

It would depend. If the turntable is connected directly to the motor, probably. If there is a gear reduction system, maybe. If the gear reduction is a worm gear, not a chance.

It definitely depends on the type of drive train.

There are times when turning a DC motor can damage the electronics that drive it. The safe bet would be to make sure wires are disconnected before turning it.

...and the type of driver...and whether the mechanical drive or electric driver is attempting to hold the motor's position...and whether it's generic PM commutated motor or a servo...or...or...or....

Since the OP mentioned no power or gearing.... probably not an issue.
